Items purchased from Oki Doki Clothing can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try on the product and inspect it as if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and without any damage. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.

If you decide to return items, you will need to let us know, you can let us know you want to return your order by sending an email to info@oki-doki.es . Please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of letting us know.

Items must be accompanied by their original receipts.

 

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid as soon as possible.

You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
